PM520: CHURCH MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION. Velma Union.


DESCRIPTION:

This course provides an overview of the business aspects of running a non-profit organization. Curriculum includes core financial tools for planning, assessment, administration, leadership styles, and systems theory relevant for effective non-profit management.

RELEVANCE FOR MINISTRY:
Administration and leadership styles are ministry. The non-profit leader must understand and integrate components that achieve its organizational mission.

COURSE FORMAT:
This course will meet once per week for three hours.
