chuckve@fuller.edu		Biografía Chuck Van Engen, 1996 to present, came to Fuller in 1988. He was a missionary kid in Mexico and later returned with his wife and children to serve as a missionary in Chiapas, Mexico, working primarily in theological education. Before coming to Fuller he taught missiology at Western Theological Seminary in Michigan. Chuck also served as president of the General Synod for the Reformed Church in America in 1997 and is widely traveled with his many responsibilities. Among Chuck's wide ranging publications in English are The Growth of the True Church (1980), God's Missionary People (1990), The Good News of the Kingdom: Mission Theology for the Third Millennium (1993, edited with Dean Gilliland and Paul Pierson), God So Loves the City (1994, edited with Jude Tiersma Watson), Mission-On-the-Way: Issues in Mission Theology (1996), and Footprints of God: Mission OF, IN, and ON the Way (forthcoming).
