Master of Arts in Theology
Biblical Studies and Theology: Biblical Studies Emphasis     96 units

The Master of Arts in Theology prepares students for leadership in a wide range of vocations through cultivating skills in the study and interpretation of scripture. It fashions a systematic theological framework, and develops an understanding of the origin and growth of the Christian tradition in all its richness and diversity. The Master of Arts in Theology, Biblical Studies and Theology format is pre-doctoral, providing students the required master's degree necessary for pursuing further doctoral studies at Fuller Theological Seminary.

The MAT requires the successful completion of 96 quarter units. In addition to full-time and part-time study at the main campus in Pasadena, options are also available for taking up to 16 units in a combination of online and individualized distance learning courses. Many of the courses necessary for the degree are offered at all five Fuller extension campuses.
